How to Request Data Deletion
You have the right to request deletion of your personal data held by MIRA IVF Centre. We respect your privacy and will process your request within 30 days.
What gets deleted:
- Your WhatsApp chat history with our bot
- Your inquiry form submissions and attached files
- Your appointment booking records
- Your lead profile and contact information
- Any medical reports or images you shared
What may be retained:
- Anonymized analytics data (not linked to you personally)
- Records required by Indian medical regulations (if applicable)
- Financial transaction records (if any) for tax compliance
